Founded in 2003, RichTerra Corp. (RTC) Energy Services is a growth-oriented, customer focused, result oriented Canadian oilfield Services Company offering Well Construction Engineering and Planning, Contract Drilling, Directional Drilling, Wireline Technologies, Geological and Mudlogging Services,. Headquartered in Alberta, Canada; RichTerra has operations in Canada, USA, South America, Africa and India.

RichTerra Corp. (RTC) and its subsidiary Brent Krude International (BKI) are based out of Calgary and Vancouver respectively. Brent Krude International is a Mining, Oil & Gas Geological Services Company engaged in Exploration Geology, Mining, Reservoir Engineering, Wellsite Geology and Production Geology since 2004. Together RTC & BKI have drilled and managed over 1,800 wells combined. 

RTC's project management business includes multiple contracts for providing project management, drilling, geology, completions and production services for numerous clients in Canada, Central Asia & China. RTC had also introduced turbo drilling in Canada achieving extremely high speed drilling rates, thereby saving millions of dollars for their clients. .

 

In 2011 RTC diversified its operations and expanded the services in offshore oil industry by providing Helicopter Transportation Services,  Offshore Logistics, and offshore Rig Charter forming alliances with some of the most reputed names in the offshore industry.

 

In 2013, RTC formed a strategic alliance with Daqing Jingtai Drilling Services Company to provide integrated drilling services in the Canadian and African markets. In 2014 RTC decided to expand its business in OCTG sector and formed an alliance with one of the largest manufacturers of OCTG products in China

 

While RTC continues to penetrate new markets with its integrated service offerings, the focus remains the same — to provide unparalleled customer service by focusing on safety, reliability, and performance. RichTerra has an industry-leading health, safety and environment (HSSE) initiative called Target Zero which places a premium on safe working practices.

Management 

JAMIL HASSAN| Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jamil serves as Director Technical   for  RichTerra , which he has acted in this capacity since June of 2012. Mr. Jamil’s primary responsibilities include operational and strategic management focusing on the drilling, reservoir engineering,  new technology growth,  and profitability of company earning. Mr. Jamil has extensive experience in energy services, CBM operations, Mining services and projects involving asset purchases as well as the integration of those acquisitions in the operational & business spectrum of  RichTerra. Mr. Jamil holds a Ph.D. in Hydrocarbon Structures from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India and has an Electrical Engineering Degree from Carleton University, Canada. Previously Mr. Jamil served as VP Operations for RichTerra and Brent Krude International since 2005.

UJJWAL NARAYAN | Director Business Development   

Mr. Narayan serves as Director  Business Development for  RichTerra, in which he has acted in this capacity since June of 2015. Mr. Narayan is a seasoned enterperneur with over 28 years of experties in developing IT business and solotions. He was a founding team member of India's largest IT company Bharti Tel and an IT advisor to Ghana Goverment. An astute and highly result oriented technologist. Mr. Narayan owned and operated numerous businesses in IT, Water and Energy sectors partnering with established name in Inida like Reliance Group and Jindal power. additinally Mr. Narayan has strong knowledge of business structuring and company formation in national and internation waters. Mr. Narayan has an Electrical & Electronic  Engineering Degree from India. 

 

MOHAK BHANDARI  | Director of Business Development 

Mohak Bhandari serves as Director of Business Development at RichTerra Corp, bringing over 7 years of international trade and project development experience across Africa and Asia. He specializes in commodity trading, government relations, and strategic market entry, with a proven track record in securing high-value contracts in emerging markets. His expertise spans oil & gas, grains, metal ores, and agricultural commodities, managing end-to-end trade execution and supply chain logistics. Mohak's direct project experience in Africa—including irrigation infrastructure and healthcare facility development in Namibia—has equipped him with deep insights into navigating complex stakeholder environments and government interfaces. At RichTerra Corp, Mohak oversees strategic partnerships, manages key client relationships, and coordinates business development initiatives across mining, infrastructure, medical equipment supplies, and industrial construction sectors. His bilingual capabilities and multicultural business acumen enable seamless communication with diverse international stakeholders. 

 

JEEVAN THOMAS | Vice President Geological Services

Mr. Jeevan serves as RichTerra’s President of Geological Services. Mr. Jeevan’s responsibilities include continuous strategic alliances with IOC/NOC’s ranging from preferred service providers to overall project management focusing on the frontier regions to the mature basins, new plays and unconventional reservoirs. Mr. Jeevan has developed a dynamic team of Exploration geologists, Wellsite geologists and industry experts in Reservoir Engineering and Geophysics together at  RichTerra, encompassing over 20 combined years of industry expertise and experience. Mr. Jeevan has played a major role in the development, promotion and field testing of new and emerging seismic technologies and was instrumental in the successful launch of wireless data acquisition technology in our work. Mr. Jeevan continues to promote and employ all the latest emerging geophysical processes to assist the domestic industry in safe and operationally efficient practices.

 

RANDY WOLLMAN | Vice President Drilling Services

Mr. Randy serves as RichTerra’s President of Drilling Services. His responsibilities include developing and refining the drilling operations division from the ground up, including the continuous improvement and development of all aspects of Management Systems, Safety, Field Administration and Rig Operations. Mr. Randy joined  RichTerra in 2009 as Vice President of Drilling Services, Prior to joining RichTerra; Mr. Randy was working as Drilling Superintendent with Beck Drilling Services in Canada. Mr. Randy has over 20 years of worldwide experience in all phases of drilling operations and contractor management, with emphasis on “hands-on” operations having started in the industry at an entry level position of Assistant Driller Trainee in Canada. Mr. Randy worked upwards through all key rig positions, culminating in promotion to Drilling Manager with Brent Krude International.  He has a proven ability to work with multi-national and multi-cultural work forces, having worked in or been a resident in, over 15 countries, including North and South America, the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Russia, West Africa, China and Southeast Asia.

 

BRODEN NEUFELD | Vice President Completion & Production Services

Mr. NEUFELD joined RichTerra in February 2010 as Vice President of the Completions Division and was promoted to position of President of completions and production services in 2013. His responsibilities include the strategic growth and development of core production services including fracturing, acidizing, cementing, bit optimizations, wireline, rentals, well testing, underbalanced drilling and managed pressure drilling. He brings over 12 years of energy service operations and executive management experience. The majority of his experience has been in the areas of hydraulic fracturing, cementing, and coiled tubing services, although he has also had exposure to the management of completion services, artificial lift, upstream chemicals, and drilling service divisions in recent years.

 

LES MCGREGOR | Vice President Directional Services

Spearheading Daqing RichTerra’s directional drilling services division is Mr. McGregor. In this capacity, he has led the African & Canadian operations and integration of the product service line with over 50 independent directional drilling consultants working under him. Mr. McGregor leads operations management, strategic planning initiatives, equipment, logistics, and profit and loss responsibility for  RichTerra’s directional drilling operation, which encompasses complete horizontal and directional drilling services and measurement-while-drilling (LWD/MWD) services. Mr. McGregor began his career with Argon Directional Drilling in 2000 where, during his career, he progressed from an entry level position as an MWD hand and left as Manager of Directional Services for Atlantic Drilling in 2008. Mr. McGregor brings to RichTerra, tremendous experience of worldwide directional drilling supervision and history of successful international projects.

 

STANLEY CHOO | Vice President Fluids & Environment

Mr. Stanley holds the dual responsibility of heading our Drilling Fluids & Environmental Engineering. Mr. Stanley has worked in the Canadian oil industry as Drilling Fluids Engineer & Environmental Engineering field handling some of the most challenging projects successfully working with CES. He serves as the technical expert of fluid and environmental engineering services for  RichTerra & BKI. He is a certified engineering technologist from Canada and a professional engineer from Montana and holds qualifications in petroleum technology and petroleum engineering.
